FNB is full of unkept promises
Does anyone at FNB know how to do their job? Does anyone ever call a customer back as promised? I have been battling to get a loan which was paid in full off my name since 2016. Every single time I call I have to send the proof of payment to a new person and they promise that they will sort it out, I have a list of names and email address's as long as my arm, but still nothing has been done.
