26 Oct 2021, 09:22 I know what I am talking about because I have been using FNB since the days of BOB junior, BOB T etc. Also I have not had a card [my FNB account number: ***] since March 2020-September 2021. In the March 2020-September 2021 I have accessed the following ATMs, to my surprise the following ATMs [with or without Deposit facility] do not have R20s
- BT Ngebs Mall - Mthatha
- Engen Garage - Errol Avenue – Mthatha
- Mthatha Plaza
- FNB Mthatha – York Road
- 240 Jean Avenue – Centurion, Lyttelton
- Jean Crossing Mall – Centurion, Lyttelton
- 117 Lenchen Avenue – Centurion, Lyttelton
- 266 Pretorius Street
- 245 Schoeman Street
- 356 Paul Kruger street
- BT Ngebs Mall
- Engen Garage - Errol Avenue
- Mthatha Plaza
- FNB Mthatha – York Road
- 2053 Hendrik Verwoerd Drive - Centurion Central
- Centurion Mall

26 Oct 2021, 13:15FNB Call agent called Dudu told me I cannot increase my R10k monthly limit?
therefore I cannot get my funds, whilst my children are hungry today.
Is it not the client if you say 'How can we help you', who is supposed to determine the limit?
If the daily limit is R3k - does this mean I can only access ewallet 04 days per month R3k* 03 days = R9k + R1k = R10k on the fourth day?
This is the most **** I have ever heard being done by FNB which is ranked as one of the top 04 banks in the Republic of South Africa.
What about client experience (CX) - so now the must wait until 01 Oct 2021?
What about one of the biggest Banks holding my money while my family is hungry?
There is no ACT that informs that a client cannot request FNB to increase a monthly MAX limit.
FNB ewallet is ***** and not putting clients first. What if my FNB electronic wallet can fit into it more than R10k per month? Must that client jump ship since FNB does not listen to the clients?
What is misleading is that on the site they say the ewallet MAX per month is R24k, but in actual fact it is a lie - false adverts FNB broadcasts.
FNB is utter ******** and they think we are not watching FNB's misconducts.
Just wonder if their ewallet business model is sound and concern to say what client value-add does FNB ewallet yields from a CX perspective.

All I can say is that my family is hungry NOW yet one of the biggest banks in the Republic of South Africa is telling me to starve AND WAIT 24-48 Hours whilst they review the client experience enhancements and business value-adds that ewallet yields for the entire FNB enterprise, including its overall macro market. I just fail to understand

26 Oct 2021, 14:58@FNB, I had R1450 ewallet available balance. I withdrew R700 - logic says R750 must be the remaining available balance, instead it is R747 - what happened to the R3.00 and onto how many clients I you deducting this R3.00. This is utter nonsense and a FNB ****. I am telling you
