At least 3 hours on the phone every day on hold to be transfered from one to another and no one can assist. If you are a small business stay away from FNB.

09 Nov 2022, 15:37I have had it escalated to the relevant departments countless times. No on can get hold of the manager and the team leader is away on sick leave.
