FNB is ***** bank

I am so disappointed at FNB after my husband and i have been used them for years, this month we paid over R4000 in bank charges for something thays not even our fault. The cheque account charges we were told were fixed @R199 a month now we end up paying way more close from R1000- R4000 a month. We truly not happy with FNB.
