FNB IS FALLING FAST

I have been a loyal customer with FNB for over 10 years. I recently transferred a very large sum of over R***,***.00 of my own money from my savings account into my R**,***.00 credit card facility so as to be in credit and also because I predominantly use my credit card facility for most of my banking transactions apart from my debit orders which go off from my savings account.

On Saturday 25th February, I attempted to transfer just over R****.00 from my credit card facility to my savings account in order to make up the balance for my debit orders to go off, only to discover I was unable to do so despite having a R***,***.00 minimum transfer limit set on my online banking account.

I contacted FNB via the following email addresses at 06:08 a.m. on the 25th Feb. 2023 and raised an urgent inquiry:

FNB CEOComplaints <***>, FNB - Customer Care <***>, ***, FNB <***>, FNB Card Customer Services <***>, Digital Banking – Online Banking <***>

I received the related reference numbers as well as a phone call from the bank and their temporary resolution was to transfer a fixed amount of funds from my BUDGET side of my credit card, into my STRAIGHT account that would then enable me to transfer the necessary funds into my savings account.... this was beyond my comprehension since I was in deep credit with my own money on my account.

Needless to say, they told me I would be able to transfer the necessary amount from my credit card into my savings within an hour... that did not happen.

I have subsequently already had some debit orders go off my account yesterday as well as received a fine for a bounced debit order compliments of FNB's doggy and unacceptable "solution" and today, when I tried to alternatively transfer funds from my revolving credit account which is ALSO in credit above the minimum loan amount, I could not do that either yes have CHARGED ME R57.50 thus far??? FOR WAHT????

I have subsequently raised a further complaint today and will be holding FNB LIABLE for ALL fines and unpaid debit orders and I WILL BE CHANGING BANKS
