FNB IS FALLING

I am highly dissapointed in FNB, I've been banking with them for more than 10 years. 2023 was not a good experience with them and it seems like 2024 will also not be. Communication with FNB is terrible, either you cannot get through to them or you have to be directed to another line about 5 times, or the call gets cut off, or you do not get rep**** to when sending an email. Now I have to say, when it comes to FNB gaining money or clients, they respond super fast and annoy you with calls, but when it comes to cancellations, in my case, homeloan cancellation, they take their time, and according other sources, this is quite common. I am selling my property, why? Because I cannot afford it anymore. FNB, IF WE CANNOT AFFORD SOMETHING WE HAVE TO CANCEL IT YOU KNOW!! You are failing me, your clients and your reputation. Please go bank with someone else people, you will be dissapointed with FNB.
