FNB Is Failing Me Once Again :(

I am disappointed with FNB last year I logged a complaint here and I was promised to assistance but even till today no luck. I paid up my FNB personal loan last year March 2020 but it is still on active. I have used my airtime to call but to no avail; Please close the FNB personal loan account against my name as it is affecting my credit profile.
