FNB is failing me

I am not impressed. On Monday 2 of my payments were blocked. One for a puirchase and another for a payment. 2 days later, I got the money for the purchase back but then the payment did not come through. I have followed up on the payment and it still is blocked. I have called private clients with no success. Also went into the bank and no one could help. This morning, I woke up with my account is sitting on a huge negative and I cannot even figure out what is happening with my bank account.
