Fnb is failing me

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I laid complained few weeks ago regarding some amount that FNB wants me to pay. I cant and wont pay FNB the amount that i was not informed of,for the past 8 years. what i want from them is to release my account so can enjoy my benefits i.e E-Bucks. They declined my credit card application already, but its ok. all i want is my E-bucks points.
