Fnb is failing me
My account has been frozen for 3 weeks now, no one contacted me to inform me why, when I go to the branch or call the ***** line, Im referred to my case investigator who I can never reach. I have been calling this woman daily, emails are responded with an out of the office message. Can someone at fnb call her and see if they can reach her. Clarice Swanepoel ***. I can't believe a bank as big as fnb, Noone except this woman can assist me.

15 Jul 2021, 14:23Dear FNB, after numerous call, I did reach the lady on Monday the 12th of July, she sent me an email saying she will call me before the end of the day. It's Thursday today and I still haven't received a call from her, no correspondence from the complains department.
