FNB is expensive for very bad service

The system offered me an overdraft via the app which I app**** for like i always do, This was the beginning of the week. A day later i followed up and was told that it takes 24 to 48 hours . I relaxed and thought I d follow up and didnt make any plans . The overdraft application that was done at the beginning of the week, I was told that I need to wait 48 hours again after they escalated the application and after 48 hours I was told they escalated and must wait another 48 hours for feedback. What kind of service is this, should I wait 10 x 48 hours until I get feedback so I can make other plans
