I have come to the conclusion that FNB Life are out to **** us! Just like Eskom, you have to pay for a service BUT you may not use it! Buy a policy in under 60 seconds, but when you or your members make a claim, you are reported as a *****ster with claims getting rejected due to “*****”, resulting from “misrepresentation”.

Our organisation has had 4 x GF policies with FNB, which was cancelled as soon as 3 x claims was made in a timeframe of 4 months.

FNB reported me to their famous “*****”-not-“*****” department for allowing a member of our association in submitting 3 x claims on the 4 x different policies….

Long story short…

FNB, pay the money due to the beneficiary within 72 hours or I will personally report you to the SA ***** Prevention Service, SAPS, Hogwarts and Narnia!

Don’t be like Es(dom), be a honey and deposit the money!
