FNB is engaging in *****ulent bahaviour.

I am a joint signatory to my mother's account, she has been receiving her salary into the same FNB account for the past 30 years or more. She received her pension into the same account, we were able to transfer an amount of it, then today as i write this review, i coiuld not transfer any as the amount said "reserved". I called FNB and spoke to Farnaaz Evans ; ***, i was on the line for 43 minutes of which 37 of those were just holding. Farnaaz then informed me to call Income Verification where i spoke to Lunga Mtimkulu ***, to say he was rude, disprespectul, condenscending and obnoxious would be an understatement. Anyway FNB placed a pledge on my mother's account to verify her income, the same income that she recieved in the same account for 30 years. We also managed to withdraw some funds initially when the pension was deposited, but 3 weeks later we cant. The banks participated in state capture and allowed ********ity to go unchecked through their facilities, but it is our hard working mothers that must suffer the consequences .. FNB must release the funds.
