FNB is embarrising me
I stood in line to pay my card rejected...only to discover FNB dt my account on the 22nd Nov and on the 6 December, I send message on FB messenger, got reply back some one will look in to it. Now I got a sms saying my dt order will be processed today to make sure my loan is up to date and for my piece of mind.!!! Is anyone else experiencing that FNB debit your loan account 2 x?????

11 Dec 2019, 14:03So two ladies contacted me yesterday, saying that FNB debited the teachers accounts early...(somehow now I am a teacher) Received a sms yesterday my account will be credited. I checked and the amount is credited. Then I saw they debited my account yesterday with my other loan!! I am still out of money.... I logged a complaint with loan department and received a sms some one will contact me within 24-48 hours. So i am out of money till when!!!! Now I receive a sms saying for my peace of mind my account will be debited for my loan account. I have no idea will they debit my account for the first amount again or the second, or for someone else's account??? FNB please if you have sistem problems inform your customers that your sms sistem is not up to standard and that customers with loans should not go shopping as there is a problem and they might be heavy embarresed ... declined no funds available... Unacceptable that they can say sorry and stuff your problems... I just want to thank RB on FNB Facebook for his/hers quick response to my messages. Please credit my account so that I can also buy Xmas gifts
