FNB is either closing down or has too many dumb employees

FNB has either become the most useless bank or its forever been and we never saw it. They have literally shown me dust this week, they block my account due to non FICA submissions , which I had been submitting to them since November via their cddtrigger, edd, and private clients edd emails, totally disfunctional platforms. I had to forcefully engage my private banker to sort this out as she also was allocated to me last year and had never introduced herself to me. I gave her all the documents and for 2 days my account was still blocked , she never responded to my emails and to top it up , when I once called her on her cell , she gave another person to pick the call and told me she wasn’t her , what a f joke, I had to call customer care and refused to get off the call till my account was unlocked coz the inconvenience of their inability to track mails from emails they give clients should not be my nonsense. Two days later , my private banker’s assistant had the nerve to write to me asking me to submit the same document I have been submitting the last 4 months in order for her to help with an investment account, how dull can one be when all these documents are sitting on my profile and the mails to which she was privy to in less than 48hours. One customer care consultant even denied a utility invoice saying it is not a utility bill, I don’t need to Google to know what a utility bill is. For one I’d raise a lot of doubt in the quality of personnel employed to run the financial affairs of clients. FNB has employed a bunch of dead wood who can’t apply themselves in their position , very disappointing for a bank that claims to be innovative. Either that or they have just employed a bunch that are exposing them for what they really are , ***********.
