FNB is eating my money

Yet another disappointment from a bank that claims to be giving us value for our money, I called in to FNB on Saturday an spoke to a consultant who also can't clarify why an how my bank balances don't balance,I have debit odders that appear on my cellphone banking app that don't appear on my bank statement.I don't get card swipes and debit odders notifications at all money just disappears without notice.I honestly am highly discouraged to continue my relationship with this bank
