FNB is driving me to suicide

I am beyond mad at the fact that my life is standing still for FNB s mistake that they are taking forever to look into, I am beyond angry at the fact that FNB is pulling their feet in resolving a query of wrongfully updating my credit profile, I am on the verge of loosing my job because of them and they telling me to wait for 20 working days for something they did wrong. I need the CEO of FNB s email to address this incompetence from their side
