FNB IS DRACONIAN IN ITS BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CUSTOMERS

Over and above the R72 FNB took from me, they further charged me R8,50 from my account for what they call “Declined Purch Tra 412”. They sent me a message asking me to correct my account, I do so by depositing R300, after I have done so, they still decline my debit order and charge me R72. While I have lodged a complaint regarding that, they further decline my other purchase which I made when my account was in order. It’s draconian and taking advantage of me as a customer, just because I cannot stop them from taking money in my account, even if it’s unfair.
