Fnb is doing something not ethical

Last week I was bombarded with calls from fnb claiming that I logged a call to close my account around feb or march, if that is the case why It took you million years to close my account? Why did I only get a call after million years are you guys trying to **** me? Just for the record I take a picture of my balance and savings account all the time
