FNB is doing nothing to assist

My FNB accounts were blocked because Standard bank instructed them to do so and I was told that there’s an investigation going on,Standard Bank then called me and told me the case has been resolved, they have instructed FNB to release my accounts then FNB released my accounts and instructed Discovery to close my accounts and now they haven’t say a thing. Discovery is waiting for FNB to instruct them to open my accounts, I really need to transact on my my discovery account.
