FNB IS DISHONEST!!!!

FNB informed me that I will have my new card within 1 to 5 days, now DSV want to charge me over R200 to deliver the card and TAKE another week. FNB already charge me for a new card, how much money does FNB want!!! Should I take all my business elsewhere!!!!
