FNB is disgusting

FNB is no better than a *****. They charge so much unnecessary fees. I paid in the shortfall within minutes of knowing about it yet I was charged R200 for an "honouring fee" then get told by their consultant when I requested that it be reimbursed to honour the R150 for FNB cellphone insurance which will go off today 8 August that they might have an Answer in 3 days. Which means my cellphone insurance isn't paid and I get charged a reversal fee again. After banking for over a decade with FNB, I get rewarded continuously with reversal fees even after rushing to pay in shortfalls.
