FNB IS DISGUSTING

Good Day,

If I could give a review in the minus I would. I called the credit card collections department this morning due to being unemployed DUE TO COVID and not being able to pay my credit card. I was spoken to by a very rude woman by the name of Sibongile. After asking her if she could please tell me the minimum amount I would be able to pay so that I can try and make arrangements for money during what is an extremely stressful time due to being UNEMPLOYED AND PREGNANT. She refuses to help me at all. I asked her to please put me through to someone more helpful and she put the phone down in my ear. I HAVE NO JOB. I ONLY HAD R30 AIRTIME TO CALL YOU PEOPLE AND YOU PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR AND TREAT ME LIKE COMPLETE GARBAGE. As soon as I have paid off the outstanding balance I will be moving my banking elsewhere. You people are disgusting because in a few days you will call me demanding payment but when I call like a decent human being to arrange help you are rude and hang up.
