FNB is disappointing shame!

I got an approval for a home loan from FNB which is great as I bank with them. Now I need a Home Cover (Life Insurance). I decided to take it with them, the whole processed has now stalled because FNB is not putting the right terms on the agreement as per their attorneys. I just feel like cancelling the whole thing and move my banking elsewhere. Imagine the people you are trusting with your money being ***********. Whenever I call, they drop the calls.
