FNB is disappointing

Trying to get a simple account name is so hard with FNB, how am I sepose to log in anywhere got get or to change it, calling the call center is a waste of airtime because it takes 5 min a call to get to a consultant, when you get to one they cut your call and you have to start over, wasted airtime calling just to have the second call to just be answered by silence, I will not call a 3rd time and wast money any further, I used to like FNB before, but now It's mostly disappointment.
