FNB is DAMN USELESS!!!

FNB is damn PATHETIC!!!!

More than a month ago they froze my account with R500 000 in and then served me with a account termination letter and then I supp**** them with account details where the money should be transferred to, this STILL HASN'T

I mentioned to them about two weeks ago that I will take legal steps against them if I don't get my money ASAP and then they contacted me making MORE empty promises!

On monday I gave them my account details for the third time and they promise that the funds would be in my account within 48 hours, this morning I visited the branch and the manager said there is nothing the branch can do, I need to contact the ***** department AGAIN!

I WANT MY ****ING MONEY WITH INTEREST AS YOU HAVE BEEN HOLDING MY MONEY FOR MORE THAN A MONTH!!!

IF I DON'T RECEIVE PROOF THAT THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE BY TOMORROW AFTERNOON I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION ON MONDAY MORNING!!!
