FNB is cruel & selfish to existing customers!

I have been a FNB customer for some years. I was with Capitec Bank where the monthly limit was very low compared to the other banks & I was getting a monthly interest. Once I got an FNB Bond, I was persuaded to join FNB & move all my debit orders to FNB since there was an option of Fee Saver(R9000 minimum balance). I have been on a Fee saver since I joined FNB. Over the years I have an excellent standing with FNB i.e. bond, investment etc. I saw now that FNB will be increasing the minimum balance from R9000 to R50000 equating to an 82% increase in July 2015. The fee saver had been increased by R1000 in previous years e.g. R8000 to R9000.

As a trustworthy customer with an excellent standing, I feel FNB is cruel and inconsiderate to us existing customers. It should ONLY be app**** to new customers. FNB is treating customers like trash or garbage as now we were used to the Fee saver & it was convenient. Also the ridiculous increase of 82% is insane. From R1000 to R41000, that doesn't make sense? So now, I have to cancel my FNB account & go back to my old bank. This is tiresome exercise which FNB did it on purpose. This FNB ****on of \ how can we help you"is unusable & ****. """
