FNB is cruel and does not care about its clients

FNB makes billions by exploiting their clients. I am angry and very frustrated that they are very heartless and opportunistic. What is that R110 charge for a failed debit order? I am sure there is something they can do for clients rather than charging that ridiculous amount. I am fund-less and you finishing me by adding another problem, what kind of a bank is that? Charged R110 and even worse that failed debit order also not honored. I am tired of this stupid bank.
