FNB CHARGED UNPAID DEBIT ORDER FEE ON UNAUTHOURISED DEBIT

I am very angry and disgusted at FNB, What they did to me is true *****ing and bullying, they charge me R100 for unpaid item for R100 debit order that I did not even signed up for. Unathorized debit order but also charge me R100 for a failed unauthorized debit order. This happened two month in a raw and also affecting my credit report. I regret for switching from capitec

Still FNB does not bother to reply, when I call for updates they informed that they will NOT provide the outcome on writting , I have been told the person who is working on my case is not available, I mean the outcome was supposed to be on my case, I need to the this to Ombudsmen or Media Justice will help me and other victims
