Yet again, I am forced to write here as NOONE is helping me. I am a private client who gets no response from my "private banker". Shape up FNB, we pay a lot of money and its all gone down the drain. You have left a sour taste in my mouth and I need assistance ASAP. What exactly do we pay you for if we get no service? No protection? No guidance? NOTHING.
