FNB is committing ***** on my accts

My FNB chq card was debited twice for payment to my credit card but only one payment showed received in my credit card. I took a screenshot of my chq acct. I contacted aecure chat debit order only to be mer by some silly agent or pretending to be, she refused to assist. Next thing the one debit order disappeared of my chq acct, how did that happen?
