FNB IS COMMITTING ***** ON MY ACCOUNT

FNB keeps committing ***** on my account. I owe them approximately 260 but they charge me 200 and 100 for unpaid amount because they refuse to give me overdraft facilities. Whose fault is it mine or their. They treat customers likes tender where they can ***** and get away with it. This is not the first time they do this other customers watch out.
