FNB is cheating me and calling me names that i don't like !

Hi Hello Peter I am really not happy with the services i am getting from FBN on 17,Jan,2020 i traded a bitcoin with an FNB user and the person Paid into my account just a sum of 1,139.57 ZAR and to my surprise , my account was placed on hold and quickly went to the bank to know what's going on but i was told that the money the person paid into my account is ********** , which i contacted the person who paid into my account and he said FNB said we will need to give them sometime for the investigation after that i tried all my best to contacted who is in charge of the investigation (Nomaswazi.sibande) and which she said i should send all about the transaction and which i did ,but ever since then i didn't hear anything from her and from the bank till now ...some weeks back the person that paid into my account told me that his account has been released but nothing happened to mine and another thing is FNB keeps charging me for monthly charges fee that i didn't use ... I am tired and stressed with the way banks treat black or foreigners in this country because it's always a problem when you have some certain amount of money in your account and when you don't have money in your account is problem as well .. and another thing is why would they release the persons account that paid this little money into my account and mine account is still on hold ?
