FNB is Careless

Hellow Peter, Can you please assist this bank called fnb failed to stop a certain service provider that is debiting on my acc they reverse the debit orders but they told me that they cannot stop it not to debit bare in mind they charged me whenever am doing a revesal. I even escalated the matter to their ***** department but they failed me.
