Fnb is big ****

From last year Fnb have been charging me for schedule payment of a company which I don’t know and have never authorised. I have called them several time to cancel and every time they claim to have cancel it. Recently they have charged me for items paid no funds which when I paid the purchases I had funds. Let me quotes what they are saying “The Item Paid fee is charged when the Bank honors a transaction on your behalf, as at the time the merchant presented the transaction for payment, there were insufficient funds in your account.

Whilst we understand that at the time you did the purchases there were sufficient funds in your account however, the approval at the time of purchase is merely a ?go ahead with your trade? indicator to the merchant, as at that specific time when you entered your PIN, you had available funds to trade with the merchant.

Please further note that the bank only becomes aware of transactions when the merchant present it for payment, which may not always be on the day you do the transaction. We are therefore not able to have the transaction deducted until the merchant presents it for payment, and so the deductions cannot happen in real time”

They are the biggest **** first of all when a person swipe their card at the store or any where money is deducted immediately from their account.
