FNB is benefitting but customers don't

I app**** for a Home loan and FNB refuses to give me one based on the bad judgement I made more than 3 months back. I have personal and business account with FNB as well as investment account with FNB and my credit score is more than 900 but my own bank which benefits every month from my accounts cannot take a risk with me.
