FnB is being shady

I took out a temporary loan on the FNB app. When it came time pay, I opened up the transfer and I had the option of transferring the fee directly to the loan account. Now the transfer was completed, o got the message saying that it went through and I got the confirmation that it wasn't pending anymore so everything seemed to have gone through but it just doesn't reflect in my loan account. It seems like the money just disappeared onto thin air! This is all within the FNB app right... there's no third party. If that's not how transfers work then why was it an option, and if that is how it works then why isnt it reflecting? I feel like this bank has ****med me
