FNB is BEEP bank!!!!!

After much trying to sort out my debt with my credit card NOT one person at FNB has been able to assist me and the escalation means 48 hours of waiting!! Wow all I can say is well done on becoming BEEP bank!! Wish we could run adverts on the radio telling the truth about how horrible your service and your lack of care really is!!!
