Fnb is becoming useless.dnt bank with them if you don't what stress
Fnb security has been compromised,a ********* can come to your account and just make transaction without you getting notification and then when you realise the useless ***** department tell you that they are investigating and it will take 7 to 30 days to get feedback. This is insane.i real need my money Why should I wait for such a long time.if I new that fnb security is weak like this I could have not bought so many product with same bank But this is a life time lesson.

02 Mar 2023, 11:11Good mrning fnb team.last month same day I lodged a complain about suspicious ***** on my account and i was promised that the matter will be investigated and given feed back.
But to date I never received any word from my trusted bank.
I am very disappointed that somebody can come to my account and commit ***** and ***** department fails to investigate and give feedback in reasonable time.
I hope I will get response soon or I will have to escalate this matter as I have no choice but seek clarity on what happend
