FNB is becoming so *******
So I'm meant to Fica my account, I get 20 000 sms to say my account is going to be frozen but I cant sign the form because my address has changed. So Ive mailed back to ask what I should do, no reply, try phone, no-one answers (been on hold for 12 mins today so far, third time I have tried and during typing this I got cut off after 15mins). Online it won't let me change my address. What do you actually want me to do about this? I don't even know how to resolve this. FNB has become so *******, honestly.
