FNB is becoming disappointing

I have been with this bank for a number of years and as of late I have been very disappointed. Firstly as lockdown began, with no communication whatsoever FNB decided to take it upon themselves to decrease my credit limit by R10,000. That is great support by a bank during these times

Secondly I made 2 purchases online. These purchases went through without the use of a OTP. When i called the ***** services department they verified that if a supplier does not sign up to use the OTP system then FNB lets purchases run through the site with no verification whatsoever. This thus means that there is absolutely zero protection on these sites and if someone gets hold of a card, they can purchase and transfer all they like. The lady at FNB tried with all her might to convince me this is the merchants fault, but finally admitted that FNB does nothing to protect it's clients on these sites.

With both of the above I was highly disappointed in FNB who advertise as a bank of the people.
