FNB is becoming a source of dread in my life, anytime I need something done. I'd honestly rather skip ahead and pull out some hair, not even try to resolve the issue. Same level of pain and the same out come regardless.

Why do i have to write a negative review here before I can get any help from FNB. The secure chat is a ****ing joke. As soon as you get to the point the person on the other end refers you somewhere else. To repeat the whole conversation and go back to the same person who referred you in the first place. Or the consultant just decides to disconnects from the chat. The Call center is even worse to resolve issues. Granted you get one or 2 people who actually care but for the most part. The phone operators couldn't ****ing be bothered to even attempt to help. I have tried so many times. Same ****ing story they pass you around between departments until 4 and then no more calls go through. I've been hung up on and no attempt was made to call back. No answers were provided.
