FNB is becoming a joke, no value, cant even add your name on a card

I app**** for a new card last year November and am still waiting for it to come. Instead of any communication around the new card or the actual card, FNB sends promotional emails to clogg up my email.... I never agree to any promotional communication from any company... Today i went to Century City FNB for a new account or card, this was activated on the same information from last year November, as in they only gave me a card. Whats so funny is that when you earn just under 400k, they cant even give you a card with your name on, you cant even check for short term insurance as it has to be done over the phone. is clients now not valued? i have 2 bank accounts which i decided to close, even Capitec has your name on your card. Guess they have to cut corners. If only there is a bank that cares and values and can actually review things with a client instead of asking if they want a funeral policy. Not even an apology for no reply last year. Not even a question of if i would like a savings added. Just another person walking into a bank requesting a service from a representative who gets paid to smile, say sorry for the wait and provide exactly one product! Amazing part is that at this moment i do not know how much my account cost as nothing was explained. Very nice lady who is doing her job, but i dont even think i want the account, maybe i should move to a more expensive bank that do care about their clients
