FNB is becoming *************

I am very unhappy with FNB, I currently got upgraded from an Easy account to an Aspire account, this Month my finances have been very tight that my Account went in Areas, before I could notice it was in Areas I made purchases that went through which I thought FNB paid for it and they will take their money when money goes into my account but on 2024-04-17 when I checked my account there’s a transaction of -R135 with Description #ITEMS PAID NO FUNDS 2ITEMS ON 24/04/ . Ignored that one but now this morning when I check my Account again there’s another transaction of -R225 with the same description when I did not even use my card to buy anything , I really thought FNB was one of the most trusted banks now I do not understand what is happening with this FNB as they are just taking money out of my account for no reason at all. I am really disappointed with FNB.
