FNB is basically just *****ing my money.

Maybe if I place it here someone will assist me. I have been trying for over a month to get money that was reversed into my FNB account to be available. I keep being sent from one call centre to another, with NO help and no guidance. The one lady that did manage to help me, was also sent to another department -and when I spoke to that deparment, surprise surprise, they dont deal with that.

So it basically looks like FNB is just *****ing my money.
