Fnb is bad for Business

I opened an account via the online platform submitted all I needed for FICA etc.

Money was paid in to this account it has now been 4 days and I can't transact or get any help

Numerous chat attempts, numerous calls to call centre and nobody can assist and keep sending me in circles.

still no one can assist I can't

You get sent from one person to the other and no resolution.
