FNB is bad for business banking

I'm in the process of closing all my personal and business accounts with FNB for several reasons. 1. their integration with xero (accounting package) is bringing through serious errors. For instance when I make a payment at pnp for R100 for instance, it's reflecting as a credit amounting to the balance of my whole account. Ie I pay R100 but it's reflected as a credit of R20 000 in my business accounts. They suggested that I join a pilot program to investigate this, but if they aren't confident in being able to fix this issue internally by looking at my account, they they have no business looking after my business funds. 2. they have changed their forex payment procedure. It use to be online and supplying the BoP codes, now I need to email them a justification for my business getting forex payments. They also were inflexible to changing business needs and rejected payments that I have been struggling to collect. 3. Their customer service is very disappointing. They don't answer emails, don't follow up on calls. They are working with the assumption that frustrating clients leads to quiet clients and quiet clients are happy clients.

Cheers FNB. good luck keeping business clients

it's faaaaar to late for this. I've been seeking help for months. It shouldn't take a complaint here to get any movement.
