FNB is bad for business!

I have been trying for a few hours to just get statements for my required VAT period. It's physically impossible using this joke of a bank to get your business statement for the periods you require, in the format you need it. The timelines are out and if you phone them they want you to PAY to get it sent to you. This should be basics on any business account. This bank has the worst service I have seen in my life. I regret moving my business to FNB and would strongly suggest anybody considering using them to think again.

Also, good luck trying to phone their call centre, they waste your time by going through all kinds of verification only to get cut of again and again. Try again, same result... They do not respect business owner's time and make it impossible to conduct business properly. A Big 5 bank with absolutely zero service for business owners. In terms of business banking, FNB does not even come close to the level of service we received from Nedbank. Why must it be difficult just to get a statement to give to your accountant? Asking me to pay for it is ******ion...
