FNB is BAD Customer Service "My Service Suite" not working

Acc *** Why are we always have the same problem with FNB closing a account. I spoke to Nikita on the business service suite closing 1 account on our business acvount 25 April 2023 13:23 She asked me to pay in R300.22 to close account. After paid in the money she said I must give a few days. All is done. Account. 4.05.2023 see " letter of demand" the annount is in another R-81.20. I closed the account. I need this fixed and closed. I paid what was asked.
