FNB is bad

I am FNB client. And also have a homeloan with them in March I received an email from N Baloyi ***** consultant telling me I received R3000 and my account was reported for *****. And worse part I don't know the person who sent money to my aspire account. I did reply to the consultant with supporting documents and even did an affidavit and I've been calling since March so I can get an update as my account is frozen and I can't transfer money to account for my bond since March been following up till today in morning. FNB bad service.
